Once the transaction has been agreed an invoice will be issued via PayPal.

Or if you prefer to pay by Postal Order then an invoice can be e-mailed or posted.

Upon receipt of cleared payment the item shall be dispatched within two working days unless otherwise agreed at the time.

UK Postage:  I use ParcelForce or Royal Mail.  For more expensive or delicate items they are dispatched by Express 24 service or similar.

International Postage:  The rate quoted is the least expensive option which is not always the speediest delivery! Should you wish to obtain the items sooner please contact me for price.  

Returns:  Will be accepted provided I am notified within 48 hours of the reason, but the buyer pays for the return postage.  Refund shall be issued upon receipt of returned goods and provided there is no damage.  Goods damaged by Customs inspection shall not be accepted for return.

Green Policy:  Where possible all packaging used is recycled except for the Sellotape / Parcel Tape. It is amazing how boxes and packaging material can be adapted for further use.
