After 25 years of restoring some wonderful models for clients I have retired to concentrate on building & maintaining my own models of World War Two vehicles.

Thus the website is now refocused on the construction and operation of these models. I hope that the website will continue to:

Inspire others wanting to build and operate similar models that they can do it too.

Advise how I tackled building the models & offer advice on maintaining & servicing them.

Advertise items for sale. If something takes your fancy please contact me.

My models are operated on a regular basis and when not running in the garden can be seen in action on an ad-hoc basis at:

• Military Museum Scotland where Ian and the team have made me most welcome.
• Almondell Model Engineering Centre where I am a member of ESME.

Modelling in these large scales has introduced me to other like minded owners leading onto us meeting up on an informal basis to display and operate together. For example this year (2026) we put on a display at the Scottish National Scale Model Show and on the 19th July we are getting together at the Military Museum Scotland for our second mini tank fest. We are quite a social bunch and we enjoy a good ‘blether’ and a brew!
