When you are considering the pro’s and con’s of getting your cherished item repaired or restored it is important that you feel comfortable with your choice of individual tasked to do the work.

To further assist you, before any project is accepted a written report is sent outlining the scope of work needed to achieve the result you are looking for. Any queries can be discussed and agreement reached on any other options or amendments. This ensures that when work commences both parties are clear on what the outcome will be and how much it will cost.
During the course of the restoration clients are regularly appraised of progress via regular e-mail updates.
